Note: The document is only given with the wet-ink signature and seal of exporter firm for Canada and New Zeland written above because the formal approval is not needed.

The Countries for which Certificate of Origin is regulated

Except the countries for which EUR.1 /EUR-MED or the Proofs of Origin are regulated;  the certificate of origin may be regulated for the countries all over the world. When the exporter firm needs to regulate the certificate of origin for the one of those countries for which  EUR.1/EUR.MED or the proofs of origin are regulated;  as its related that exporting with no need for EUR.1/EUR-MED or the proofs of origin, the firm must present the commitment letter with wet-ink signature and seal on firm’s  letterhead and customs declaration form at the time of confirmation.
